Shroud cleats are ideal for securing flag halyards, radar reflectors and non-critical light lines. These UV stable high-impact nylon cleats are molded to stand off the shrouds just 1/2″ and feature a grooved mounting plate to prevent the cleat from twisting. Compatible with wire shrouds or rod rigging up to 3/16″ in diameter.
